Uniforms & Cars

Anyone caught wearing the wrong uniform whilst on duty may be subject to a T1 - Warning Point

You MUST ensure all police equipment and uniforms are returned (trashed) at the end of your duty.

All officers are expected to wear their badge with pride.

There are some additional requirements that you will be expected to follow when joining a division; please refer to those specific handbooks for more details.

You must always wear the correct uniform, you may be asked to wear something different for a particular event or situation by lower or higher command, however you must remember to return back to your normal uniform once this is complete.

Custom Uniforms

To allow you to be the face of PD as your face, you're able to use the Custom clothing options to represent the Police Department. Please follow the guidelines here on which clothing options you should be wearing.

Emergency Lighting System (ELS)

All of our vehicles listed above are equipped with an emergency lighting system which consists blue and white lights around the vehicle providing 360 degree visual awareness for civilians within London; we also have sirens installed onto our vehicles for extra awareness.

Remember, when responding to an emergency or a call that is deemed urgent you must appropriately use ELS when breaking traffic laws such as going through red lights, stop signs and give way areas.

Bullying – Zero-Tolerance Policy

This community takes bullying and the act of bullying very seriously. Remember, there is always a fine line between having ‘banter’ with someone and bullying. Always make sure you know where the line is. The community, members and management are expected to have a zero-tolerance policy on bullying and therefore anyone who breaks this expectation will be removed dealt with accordingly. Further action may be taken by the CMG Community Managers at their discretion.
